The rules for using Account Viral: what an order buys, what it does not, and what happens to your money when delivery falls short.

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Account Viral (“Account Viral”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER]. They apply to the website, the customer dashboard, the reseller API and every order, deposit, free trial and account purchase made through them.

By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Account Viral for a business or on behalf of clients, you accept these Terms for that business and are responsible for the orders you place for your clients.

2. What The Service Provides

Account Viral is an ordering panel for social media engagement — followers, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, watch time and similar services — on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X. Orders are fulfilled through independent upstream service providers.

The panel also offers:

  • a prepaid account balance used to pay for orders;
  • a reseller API for placing and tracking orders from your own software;
  • limited free trials of selected services; and
  • a marketplace listing established social media accounts for sale.

Each service in the catalogue shows its rate per 1,000 units, its minimum and maximum order quantity, and whether refills and cancellations are available. Those details, as shown when you place an order, form part of that order.

3. What We Do Not Guarantee

We sell delivery of a quantity of engagement. We do not sell outcomes. In particular, we do not guarantee:

  • any business result — reach, sales, sign-ups, monetization approval, or any change in how a platform’s algorithm treats your content;
  • that delivered engagement will remain in place beyond any refill window stated for the service;
  • that a platform will not remove delivered engagement, limit an account’s reach, or restrict, suspend or delete an account;
  • the location, demographics or activity of the accounts that deliver engagement, unless a service explicitly states otherwise; or
  • that the website, dashboard or API will be available without interruption or error.

Account Viral is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any social media platform.

4. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • The name, email address and contact number on your account must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and your API key. Keep your password and API key confidential, and tell us immediately if you believe either has been compromised.
  • Do not open multiple accounts to get around limits, suspensions or free-trial rules.

5. Orders And The Links You Submit

When you place an order you choose the service, the link and the quantity. The charge is the service’s rate per 1,000 multiplied by the quantity, and it is taken from your balance at the moment the order is placed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the link you submit. We deliver to the link exactly as you enter it, and we do not check that it belongs to you or points to the content you intended. In particular:

  • the profile or content must be public, and must stay public, unchanged and available until the order is complete;
  • do not change the username, delete or archive the post, or make the account private while an order is running; and
  • do not place a second order for the same service and link until the first has finished, because the two cannot be told apart.

Orders placed to a wrong, mistyped, private or restricted link cannot be refunded for any quantity already delivered or attempted, because engagement delivered to a link cannot be withdrawn and redirected. Where a provider rejects an order before any delivery starts, it is refunded automatically as described in section 8.

6. Delivery Times Are Estimates

Start times and delivery speeds shown on a service, on the website or by support are estimates based on recent orders. They are not commitments or deadlines.

Delivery depends on upstream providers and on the platforms themselves, and it can slow down or pause without notice. An order that is still in progress is not late for the purpose of a refund; refunds are governed only by section 8.

7. Refills

A refill tops an order back up when its count falls after delivery. Refills are available only for services marked as refillable at the time you placed the order.

  • Refill window. You can request a refill within the refill period stated on the service when you ordered. Where a refillable service states no period, the window is [30] days from the date the order was completed — TO BE CONFIRMED BY THE OWNER.
  • How to request. Refill requests are made from the order in your dashboard, or through the API for services that support it.
  • What is covered. A refill restores the count to no more than the quantity originally delivered, to the same link.
  • What is not covered. Drops caused by changes you made — a username change, a private account, deleted or archived content — and drops on services without refill. We may decline a refill where the link or account no longer matches the original order.

A refill is the remedy for a drop in delivered engagement. Drops are not refunded.

8. Partial Deliveries, Cancellations And Refunds

  • Partial delivery. If an order cannot be delivered in full, it closes as Partial and the charge for the undelivered remainder is refunded automatically.
  • Rejected orders. If a provider rejects an order before delivery starts, it is marked Error and the full charge is refunded automatically.
  • Cancellations. For services marked as cancellable, you can send a cancel request for an order that has not finished. If we approve it, any refund due is credited as described below. Completed orders, and orders on services not marked as cancellable, cannot be cancelled.
  • Delivered quantities are not refundable, including quantities delivered to a wrong or private link.

All refunds are credited to your Account Viral balance, not to the card, bank account or wallet you paid from, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunded balance is subject to section 9.

9. Deposits And Account Balance

  • You add funds using the payment methods listed in your dashboard. Some methods require a transaction reference or proof of payment and are credited only after our team has checked the payment.
  • Any processing fee for a method is shown, together with the amount that will be credited, before you submit the deposit.
  • Your balance is prepaid credit for placing orders on Account Viral. It is non-withdrawable and non-transferable: it cannot be paid out, exchanged for cash, refunded to your payment method, or moved to another account or person. It earns no interest.
  • If a payment is reversed, charged back, found to be fraudulent or never received, we may remove the related credit from your balance, recover the value of any orders already placed with it, and suspend the account.
  • We may change rates at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been placed.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use Account Viral, or let anyone use your account or API key, to:

  • promote, place orders for, or deliver engagement to content that is illegal where you are, where we operate, or where the content is published;
  • promote or place orders for any content that depicts, sexualises or involves minors. We report such content to the relevant authorities and close the account;
  • place orders for any account, page, channel or content that you do not own or control, or that you are not authorised by its owner to manage;
  • harass, impersonate or defame anyone, or run scams, phishing or other fraud;
  • submit links to malware, phishing pages or deceptive redirects;
  • abuse free trials, create accounts in bulk, or get around rate limits, suspensions or other controls; or
  • interfere with the website, the API or our providers’ systems, including by scraping, overloading or probing them for vulnerabilities.

Reselling our services to your own customers is allowed. You remain responsible for every order you place for them, including their compliance with this section.

11. Rules Of The Social Platforms

Every social media platform has its own terms, community guidelines and policies. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of each platform you order services for. Buying engagement may be against those terms, and a platform may respond by removing engagement, reducing reach, or restricting, suspending or deleting an account.

Any action a platform takes against an account or content is outside our control. It is not grounds for a refund, and we are not liable for it.

12. Accounts Listed For Sale

Accounts listed for sale are described using the information available to us when they were listed, including region, audience size, account age, strike history and monetization status. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a guarantee of those details.

Sending a purchase query does not create a sale. Our team contacts you to agree price, payment and how the account will be handed over, and a sale is complete only when both sides have confirmed those terms. 13. Reseller API And Free Trials

  • Your API key gives full access to ordering from your balance. Every request made with it is treated as made by you.
  • The API is rate limited, currently to 60 requests per minute per key, and we may change limits to protect the service.
  • Free trials are limited to one per account per day, only while trials are available and only on the services we choose to offer. We may refuse, cancel or withdraw trials at any time, including to prevent abuse.

14. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or close an account, block its API key and cancel orders that have not started, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • you have broken these Terms, in particular section 10;
  • a payment has been charged back, reversed or made fraudulently;
  • the account was opened with false details, or to get around a previous suspension or trial limit;
  • the account is being used in a way that puts our providers, other customers or the service at risk; or
  • we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

While an account is suspended you cannot sign in or use the API. [WHAT HAPPENS TO A REMAINING BALANCE ON SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND CLOSURE — TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER.] Because balance is non-withdrawable, closing an account does not entitle you to a payout.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

15. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions not set out in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, followers, reach or content, or for any action a platform takes against an account;
  • we are not liable for delays or failures caused by upstream providers, by platforms, or by events beyond our reasonable control; and
  • our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to [THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM — CAP TO BE CONFIRMED WITH A LAWYER].

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud.

16. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms, from the accounts or content you order services for, or from orders you place for your own customers.

17. Changes To The Service And These Terms

We may change the service, the catalogue and these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms last changed. For material changes we will also give notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use Account Viral after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER]. The courts of [COURTS — CITY AND COUNTRY — TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
